Rokas Pralgauskas (born in 1984), in 2005 became a member of the
Lithuanian Photographers Association, participated in group
exhibitions in Stockholm, Berlin, Italy and more. Great amount of the
artist’s works were represented in Lithuanian group exhibitions such
as "Me, you and other outtakes" (Contemporary Art Centre,
2007), "1907-2007. Private Discussions" (Vartai Gallery),
"Sweet Future Sweat" (National Gallery of Art, 2019),
"Audi. Vorsprung durch technik" (Atletika Gallery, 2021).
His personal exhibitions took place in Giedre Bartelt Gallery (Berlin,
Germany), Vilnius Photography Gallery, Prospekto Gallery (Vilnius,
Lithuania), KCCC Exhibition Hall (Klaipėda, Lithuania). The artist’s
most important publications are – his personal book of photography and
poetry "Findings, silver dust and other flowers" (2019) and
Zodiac Signs Calendar (2021).
Since 2023 Rokas is part of the Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists’
Association. From 2015 Rokas has been expanding his visual art field
by starting a new discipline as a painter and in 2023 is represented
by
Rado Art gallery
in London.
